We support you in individual coaching if you are looking for a job or are unemployed.

We will help you in different situations in your life to deal with your issues.

We want to reactivate your strengths and resources together so that you regain orientation and stability personally and professionally.

Individual coaching can be funded 100% by your employment agency or job center.

We carry out our coaching sessions face-to-face, online or by telephone.

We can support you whether you live in Berlin or anywhere else in Germany.

Get your individual coaching funded through your employment agency or your job center - this is how it works:

Step 1

Come to us for an introductory meeting. We will advise you comprehensively on individual coaching and create an individual offer for you.

step 2

We or you send the offer to your placement officer or you contact him/her personally and ask for an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) to be issued.

​

step 3

With your voucher (AVGS) you come back to us and we plan our further common way to your comeback!
